Accedian Threat Detection Updates MSP, MSSP Partner Program

Accedian, a Canadian company that specializes in threat detection, performance analytics and user experience solutions, has upgraded its Skylight 4X Partner Program to help MSPs and MSSPs deliver new services.

The Skylight 4X upgrades empower MSPs and MSSPs to provide value-based offerings that drive subscription revenues and enhance customer relationships, Accedian noted. They are based on consulting methodology across the following service areas:

  • Identification and Strategy: Consists of market and vertical consulting, solution development, competitive analysis and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking consultation
  • Creation: Includes identification and creation of operational integration requirements, pricing and packaging commercial consulting and SLA creation consulting
  • Enablement: Involves operational assessment and implementation guidance and sales and operations training
  • Execution: Offers go-to-market consulting

Ultimately, the Skylight 4X upgrades provide MSPs and MSSPs with access to market data and analysis, customer sentiment feedback and insights from industry experts, Accedian stated. That way, the upgrades can help MSPs and MSSPs introduce new services in new markets.

A Closer Look at Skylight 4X for MSPs and MSSPs

Skylight 4X enables MSPs and MSSPs to incorporate Accedian's threat detection and application and network performance monitoring solutions into their portfolios, the company stated. The program's features include:

  • Deal registration
  • Market development funds for lead generation
  • Free training and certification
  • One free Skylight lab license
  • Marketing tools and support

Skylight 4X MSP and MSSP partners can provide threat detection and performance analytics and behavior-based intrusion detection, according to Accedian. They also can deliver performance monitoring across applications and networks.

Accedian, UnderDefense Announce Partnership

The Skylight 4X upgrades come after Accedian in January 2021 partnered with UnderDefense, a cybersecurity and incident response solutions provider. Together, Accedian and UnderDefense launched cyber resiliency services to help security professionals assess their cybersecurity and risk management investments.

Accedian provides threat detection and application and network performance monitoring solutions to help global organizations eliminate blind spots, the company indicated. Organizations can use these solutions to identify, evaluate and address application and network issues before they lead to downtime and outages.
