Siskin Hospital announces Arnold L. Smith, MBA, as its chief human resources officer.
Mr. Smith has 15 years of experience in human resources in a variety of industries. He holds a BS in human resource management, as well as an MBA with a concentration in employment law from Troy
University. He has completed the Wicklander-Zulawksi training program in Workplace Investigative and Interviewing Strategies.
Mr. Smith is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the National Black Master of Business Administration Association.
A former professional basketball player, Mr. Smith enjoys mentoring young human resource professionals.
